Picking lore that actually fits your ticker
Lore isn’t decoration — it’s what the spokesperson persona actually speaks from once the token is live. If the lore and the ticker feel like they’re from two different projects, every answer the persona gives afterward will feel slightly off too.
Short beats clever
Two or three sentences of backstory outperform a paragraph almost every time. The persona needs something it can reference casually in a one-line Telegram reply, not a wiki entry. If a holder asks “wait, what even is this,” the lore should answer that in one breath.
Let the ticker echo the joke
The strongest tickers restate the concept in three to six letters — not a random abbreviation bolted on afterward. If the agent proposes a ticker that doesn’t obviously connect to the name or lore, that’s worth pushing back on before you finalize.
If you’re not sure it’s landing, read the description out loud. If you can’t tell what’s funny or interesting about it in one breath, neither can anyone scrolling past it on pump.fun.
